Centera Universal Access, and Rainfinity File Mover Appliance in the following capacities • Supply EMC customer and partners alike with recommended solutions to quickly and effectively resolve UNIX storage-related issues at the Linux platform level, CIFS and NFS protocols on the Centera Universal Access, SDK analysis for API communication to the Centera, and TCP/IP network troubleshooting for optimal IP-based network performance • Consult with EMC field personnel world-wide to approach serious environment-related issues involving the Centera Platform, as well as cross-functional behavior with Celerra and Disk Extender products• Provide basic and advanced training to the Global Centera CSS team, EMC Regional Field Software specialists, Customer Engineers, Professional Services, as well as EMC partners and customers• Provide documented solutions to recurring problems for knowledge-base reference look-up • Identify, reproduce and escalate hardware and software defects related to the Centera for Engineering and Development Review
