I'm a multi-faceted engineering, science, construction, and leadership development leader. I enjoy making customers raving fans and optimizing everything I work on. I pride myself in giving intentional thought to highly complex engineering, fabrication and people issues which results in improvements and efficiency. I value people, quality, innovation, and process improvement. I love precision and complexity. I thrive when I get to build and assemble complex anything from machine assembly to residential low voltage systems and beyond. Throughout my career I’ve been able to leverage my technical aptitude, customer focus, and extreme attention to detail to help companies achieve their goals. You can see this thread from my early high school job at Sears where I assembled riding lawn mowers and barbeques to my most recent position where I built high power laser tables and enclosures and diagnostic rafts for the world's most powerful x-ray laser at Stanford Linear Accelerator. I’m the guy you’ll find building and constructing things on weekends just for fun. This passion and strength of mine has come in handy as a low voltage contractor, a residential real estate remodel project manager, a quality control inspector, and a field service technician. Whether I’m soldering a diode on a circuit board, installing a multi-million-dollar chamber on a piece of semiconductor equipment, or building an electric bike for myself, I feel a sense of pride and satisfaction seeing my efforts result in a completed project. Now for the corporate speak: 20+ years of experience managing projects, budgets, and personnel in support of highly complex construction projects & scientific experiments. Known for excellent people & project management skills, highly technical troubleshooting skills, focus on budget, quality assurance, and inherent ability to coordinate resources while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction. Demonstrated ability to creatively and practically apply engineering concepts and tools in the design, fabrication, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical systems. Passion for engineering, fabrication, prototyping, assembly, precision machined parts, and project deliverables.• Project Management•
