Serving as the Executive Director, Treasurer, Corporate Secretary and Ex Officio Member of the Board of Directors of Community IX Holdings (http://www.communityix.org), Community IX is a 501(c)6 non-profit that operates Internet Exchange Points in South Florida (FL-IX) and Atlanta, GA (CIX-ATL). The organization was initially founded by Netflix (Nasdaq: NFLX), Zayo Group and Host.net (now 365 Data Centers). Community IX has over 15Tbps of connected capacity between the two markets with nearly 175 unique members, representing some of the largest telecommunication, media and technology companies in the world.

Serving on the Board of Directors of Community IX (http://www.communityix.org), which operates the Florida Internet Exchange (FL-IX) and CIX-ATL (Atlanta, GA), a 501c(6) organization. Founding members are Zayo Group, Netflix and Host.net, FL-IX is one of the fastest growing Internet peering exchange platforms in the United States. FL-IX turned up its first port on January 16th, 2015 and has over 150 members signed up to date. CIX-ATL has now been deployed in 10 data centers through the Atlanta metropolitan area with over 50 members signed up and growing monthly.

CEG's first acquisition was "Monarchy Nightclub" (now operating as "The Loft Nightclub") on Clematis Street in downtown West Palm Beach. Monarchy reopened under CEG's ownership on June 8th, 2013 and is now one of the top two leading nightclubs in the market. Monarchy is proud to have won the 2014 New Times Readers' Choice Award for "Best Dance Club" in Broward and Palm Beach Counties as well as listed in Nightclub & Bar's Top 100 in the US list (#54) for 2015.

Founded the company in 1995. Sold a portion of my interest in August, 2006 and stepped down as CEO. I still advise the company and maintain very close relations. For some time I played the role of Chief Integration Officer after Host.net acquired its closest competitor, WebUnited/Expedient Florida and then served as President after we acquired multi-national backbone operator WV Fiber. These days I run the wholesale sales org, maintain vendor relations for the backbone and handle all interconnect (peering) relationships. Host.net is honored to be a 2007 Inc.500 listed company. Host.net is proud to have been named "2013 Business of the Year" by the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce.

Designed and Developed network and processes from ground up during Research & Development stages. WIZnet continues to provide service to US Government and US Federal Courts. WIZnet was acquired by Tyler Technologies (NYSE: TYL) in 2010.

Designed networks and developed integration software and processes for the auto body, service and dealership industry. Direct point person and exclusive systems integration provider for Akzo-Nobel, Sherwin Williams, BASF and Dupont.

Founded and built this wholesale burglar/fire alarm monitoring company from the ground up. Co-chair to the Metropolitan Burglar Fire Alarm Association (MBFAA) long range planning committee during these years. This group at the time was working with New York State officials on enacting industry licensing and standards, which became state law in 1992.

Developed/Designed/Coded bulletin board software for the Commodore 64.
