Organized 12 days of the museum's Grand Opening (March 23 through April 4, 2017), featuring over 60 Authors, Historians, Museum professionals, Curators, National and State Park Rangers, and hereditary organizations who told the story of their state during the American Revolution. Trained other instructors to provide Basic Orientation class about the American Revolution on a daily basis with over 95,000 museum visitors and elsewhere who attended presentations during a 4.5 year period.

Co-founding Board member, Executive Director/CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors who served as an Independent Contractor (non-employee) to administer day-to-day operations and strategies associated with building and maintaining coalition of Labor and Management, Educational institutions and Workforce Investment Boards, Environmental groups and Community-based organizations, and Veterans' groups and local governments, to provide education, training and job placement in energy efficiency and renewable energy industry jobs through management of a federal ARRA grant during the Obama Administration. Worked closely with U.S. department of Energy staff and office of "Green Energy Czar" Van Jones to identify low income neighborhoods for specialized training. Individual emphasis was also directed toward offshore wind energy development and climate/clean energy federal legislation. From 2013 to 2014 worked on a Pilot Project to establish a U.S.-European workforce exchange program to train U.S. veterans in offshore wind development in the Virginia and Mid-Atlantic region.
