Randy Forcier is the Branch Manager of Norcom Mortgage’s Saco branch, a branch that he helped to open along with Bryan Daley and Chris Bedard in July of 2015. After 13 years combined in the lending/financial industry working for various companies Randy felt the time was right to open his own branch location and found a like-minded partner in Norcom Mortgage. Since opening the Norcom Mortgage Saco branch it has quickly become a top branch for the company.Throughout his years in the industry he has always made it a priority to provide top notch service to his clients. The purchase of a home is one of the biggest transactions most people will ever make in their lifetime and he has dedicated himself to making it a smooth experience for all that he works with. Whether his clients are first time homebuyers, buying their dream home or purchasing an investment property, Randy is always ready to help!Being in the local Real Estate and Lending Industries is like being part of a family so Randy has worked hard to be involved a number of industry related community organizations. He spends most of his time with the York County Council of Realtors where he has spent the last 9 years on the Committee for the Annual Scholarship Auction. It’s the organization’s biggest event of the year and during his time on the Committee they’ve increased the amount raised from $8,000 per year to over $40,000 per year. For his accomplishments and time spent he was named the Realtors Affiliate of the Year for 2014. In addition, he the Founder of BNI Rising Tide in Saco, ME along with being a former Treasurer and 13 Year Member of the Biddeford-Saco Rotary Club.Randy attended Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics. Randy has been married to his beautiful wife Tara for 12 years and has 3 adorable daughters. They live in Biddeford and share their home with Bailey, their yellow lab.
