Evaluate product mix strategies and equipment purchases.- Helped develop the Lottery’s 3-year business plan as a member of a cross-divisional leadership team. - Develop and manage the Sales & Marketing field sales budget.- Recommended, procured, and successfully implemented the CRM tool OnePlace (now Sales Wizard).
