As Administrative Director of Emergency Services at HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe, a level II trauma center, I collaboratively lead a team of dedicated professionals who provide high-quality emergency, stroke, and trauma care to patients with complex medical conditions or life-threatening injuries. I have over nine years of experience in leading programs, overseeing operations, and implementing strategic plans to advance center verification and performance.My core competencies include nursing, management, performance improvement, policy implementation and program and project management. I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on health care administration and management, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and a license as a paramedic. I have co-authored a publication in the Annals of Emergency Medicine on delayed traumatic brain injury hemorrhage. My mission is to improve the quality and safety of trauma care and to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration among the trauma team and the community.
