After 14 years, I am finally returning to a position in marketing. Most of those 14 years were spent learning the promotional product, apparel, and print industries. Now I will be utilizing those skills to deliver powerful marketing and promotional solutions that drive results for my clients. As a Marketing and Promotional Strategist for Trost Marketing, the clients I serve will still receive the thorough, personal attention; and creative, effective solutions that I have always provided. The difference will be that instead of a product focused approach I have joined a team of marketing professionals with a marketing focused approach that will fuel growth for both small businesses and large corporations nationwide.

As an Account Manager I cultivate the relationships with current customers so Arcadia Printing is in the front of their mind for all print needs. By creating active lines of communication the clients are assured of their value and they always have a liaison who understands their needs. The trust that is created allows me to be included in the decision making process when they are in need of a print solution. By taking this approach we have found our clients will recommend us to others who in turn become clients.The Business Development role I serve at Arcadia Printing includes representing the organization to the community. This is done at local chamber of commerce events and through involvement with professional associations to which Arcadia belongs, the Tulsa Apartment Association and the Home Builders Associate of Greater Tulsa. Currently I am focusing on the growing cities of Bixby & Glenpool, OK via the Bixby Metro Chamber of Commerce and the Gleenpool Chamber of Commerce.ABOUT ARCADIA PRINTINGFounded in Tulsa, Oklahoma during the mid '60s, Arcadia Printing began as a small printing business specializing in offset and blueprint printing.During the '80s, the business grew and began providing services to a more diverse variety of local business around the Tulsa area. By the early '90s, Arcadia Printing changed directions and stopped focusing only on traditional paper printing, but on upcoming technology and services.In the late '90s, the printing industry introduced, what we know today as, Digital Printing. By the early 2000s, Arcadia Printing transformed from a small business to a full-service printing company that to this day offers a wide selection of services, some including: graphic design, digital, large format and promotional product printing.

Utilizing my organizational skills and attention to details, I was responsible for coordinating the specifics of moving the Kirkendall Companies out of their home office and garage warehouse and establishing a commercial warehouse and office space. Project management duties included creating timelines, coordinating with contractors, task scheduling, and quality control. As Marketing, Operations and Business Development Director, it was my responsibility to develop distribution strategies and marketing plans for new product launches into an industry where the company was unknown. While with Impact/OnCore, I was integral in successfully launching a new brand with the creation of the entertainment marketing division. I directly supervised the internal processes of creating direct mail pieces, magazine ads, product catalogs, video production, press releases and radio spots. I generated and administered budgets for multiple projects and departments. Additionally I planned and implemented award winning convention strategies for the international industry convention.
