Managed and directed all audit existing company standards and procedures, investigate persistent HSE issues, near misses and unsafe conditions, devise solutions to mitigate risks, and implement them through tailored programs aimed at minimizing the number of incidents. To that end, I supervised compliance reporting, consistently communicated with stakeholders at all levels about HSE issues, and conducted comprehensive safety training sessions.

Delivered solutions that were tailored to each customer’s individual project needs, ensuring well integrity, safety, and efficiency on and off the critical path. I also closely monitored the deployed systems, providing prompt, competent support, incident investigation, and issue troubleshooting services to maximize the productive output of each well.When a major client inquired about the wrong tool that was shipped to them by mistake and forced them to shut down their drilling platform, I saved the company from incurring $125K in daily chargeback fees, helping the customer restart operations with minimum downtime by suggesting that we modify another tool to suit the client’s needs. The solution was implemented and allowed the customer to complete the drilling job effectively and safely, while my crew and I received an award for “forward thinking”.

Streamlined services by directing the drill pipes on various drilling rigs. I also closely monitored mud levels in mud pits, adding chemicals to mud and oil to ensure that they maintain the desired properties in terms of density, viscosity, weight and so on. Moreover, I supervised shale shakers, mud pumps and other equipment, contributing to the well control activities.

Achieved "win win" outcomes by directing mud processing on project site. Ensured that the drilling areas were kept tidy, equipment was operated/maintained properly, and that all applicable HSE procedures were adhered to by staff on the floor at all times.
