Prior to founding Ridgecrest Advisors, Grigg was a Managing Director at DecisionPoint International, where he completed over 30 M&A transactions for technology consultancies. Before that, he was the V.P. of Corporate Development for StaffMark, Inc., a publicly-traded IT and business consulting firm, where he closed over 35 transactions totaling nearly $1 billion in value. Prior to joining StaffMark, he was a Director of Corporate Development & Project Finance for the overseas private equity investment group of $40 billion revenue Koch Industries International. Grigg began his career as an A.V.P. at Bank of America, where he worked with private equity groups to provide financing for leveraged acquisitions.
