Prior to joining StaffMark, he was a Director of Corporate Development & Project Finance for the overseas private equity investment group of $40 billion revenue Koch Industries International. Grigg began his career as an A.V.P. at Bank of America, where he worked with private equity groups to provide financing for leveraged acquisitions.
