About Randy Gullickson

I focus my practice on representing clients involved in complex business disputes, including the resolution of shareholder and ownership disputes in closely held corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. With 30+ years of experience in state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings in Minnesota and throughout the country, I also represent clients in a broad range of other types of business disputes including business valuation proceedings, banking matters, contract disputes, financial fraud, unfair competition, and employment matters. My goal is always to understand my clients' businesses and create strategies to support their unique business and personal legal needs. I write and speak on topics involving shareholder rights, corporate governance, and business valuation issues. (2012)Member of trial team obtaining combined $141 million verdict from a New York federal jury following a six-week securities fraud trial. The verdict represented 100% of the investors’ loss plus interest. (2008)Along with Joseph Anthony, obtained verdict of over $130 million in a breach of contract and fiduciary duty case for the firm’s client, PDG P.A., following a month-long jury trial in Hennepin County District Court.
