Where to begin? I have worked in IT since 2006 working my way up through different companies and positions. Currently I am leading a team of technicians for a MSP located in Chattanooga TN. I currently hold over 30 certifications from companies such as Microsoft, Comptia, and Cisco.While I love the management side of things I still enjoy getting my hands dirty and helping my team succeed. I am driven to succeed and enjoy watching others be the best versions of themselves. Recently I had the chance to work with a great executive coach. Through that process I was able to really dive into what makes a great leader, and I realized that being a transformational leader isn't setting the scope from the top down. It's about building relationships and utilizing those relationships to work together to achieve a common goal. Transformational leaders influence others to reach further, think different, become greater, and then pass that on to others.
