As the Director of Web Development at OnPointPlus, LLC, I serve as the liaison between clients, designers, and writers to bring fully functional websites to life. As a programmer, I handle both front-end and back-end development, utilizing technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, and Spring Boot. I lead team meetings to assess and decide on project capabilities, ensuring that we meet client expectations while maintaining high-quality standards.

Prioritized and conducted Counter-Intelligence interviews of persons of interest with access to military installations for assessment and evaluation of intelligence value and coordinated with local assets for further exploitation and/or targeting of such individuals. Provide installation commander with timely and accurate HUMINT information on all Force Protection issues on military base. Administered PCASS exams to further evaluate and assess individuals that may pose a threat to U.S. Forces and provide guidance for their disposition. Utilized sensitive equipment to assess threats to U.S. installation and coordinated with theater assets for further exploitation. Work closely with other organizations at all echelons to further improve security concerns and identify individuals associated with anti-coalition activity through HUMINT collection. Authored over 100 counterintelligence reports on individuals that were interviewed that included assessments and recommendation for their disposition.

October 2008 to November 2009, L3 Intelligence Solutions Division, IraqSupported Theater Force Protection by conducting screenings and HUMINT collection of Locally Employed Persons (LEP) screenings, Host Country Nationals and Third Country Nationals, collected screening applicant’s Biographical information and Bio-Metric Data (Iris, Fingerprints and Photos) using Bio-Metrics Automated Toolset (BAT). Conducted and authored over 800 dossiers and assessment reports of initial/annual screening interviews that curtailed threats and unauthorized access to MNF-Iraq Coalition Installations. Elicited raw information from screening applicants for collation and processing into Intelligence data and referred individual(s) of possible Intelligence Value to Human Intelligence Support Teams for further exploitation of intelligence data. Preliminary Credibility Assessment Suitability System (PCASS) trained in July 2009.

Senior enlisted person responsible for all day to day operations and administration of division personnel. Duties include but not limited to the assignment of personnel within the division based on identified needs and requirements. Advise Division Chief, Deputy Division Chief and Operations Officer on issues affecting the morale and welfare of all division’s personnel. Directly supervise the division training program for over 40 personnel. Facilitated internal communications with personnel to ensure deadlines were met in a timely manner. Worked closely with directorate leaders to ensure communications, equipment, personnel and other resources were utilized properly and efficiently.

DOD Qualified 97E Interrogator/HUMINT Collector. Over 250 interrogations conducted of insurgents and terrorists in Iraq to obtain information necessary for the development of military intelligence reports and targets. Prepared detailed notes and records on all interrogations performed and authored over 45 Intelligence Information Reports. Supervised six “Tiger Teams”, included monitoring, scheduling and mentoring of subordinates to ensure that all Geneva Conventions were adhered to. Primary liaison and team leader for Foreign Intelligence Service joint interrogations in Northern Iraq. Attended Enhanced Analysis and Interrogation Training course that included training in source operations.

Supervised and performed analysis and production of intercepted foreign communications that provided Target Package Development, Maintenance, and Analysis for analysts and reporters for Strategic, Operational and tactical customers. Responsibilities; gathered, sorted, and scanned data communications and signals, and performed initial analysis to establish communications patterns; isolated valid message traffic; reduced communications data into automatic data processing format; operated communications equipment for reporting and coordination. Acquired knowledge of the geography and culture of the area from which intercepted communications originate.
