My name is Randy Hoffmaster and I am experienced in Program Management, Enterprise Architecture, Systems Integration, and all aspects of small business management including business development, capture, technical solutions, and contract management. When evaluating customer's technical requirements it is important to understand their mission, goals, and objectives first so I focus on working with clients before making technical recommendations. Technology is an enabler but technology decisions must be based on customer requirements not the most hip technology of the day.I have spent my career supporting technology initiatives. I started out doing software development, moved into enterprise architecture, and then into executive leadership providing strategic direction.Here is a summary of my experiences and specialties: ★ Solutions-oriented Architect with notable success managing corporate and government IT initiatives, while leading the development and expansion of revenue growth.★ Collaborative leader working with executive team, project management team, IT team members and external partners to ensure that technology solutions provided address the market’s current and evolving needs, and that support strategic plans.★ Providing technical leadership to the company’s business development efforts to obtain new clients and obtain repeat business from existing customers.
