The RiteScreen Company, LLC was acquired by Seven Point Equity Partners in June, 2014, creating the largest standalone supplier of fabricated screens for North American window, door, and commercial ventilation markets. I led the market due diligence and opportunity assessment for Seven Point, then assumed the CEO role and operating member of the Board upon acquisition. Led a complete restructure of the go-to-market strategy and recruited the leadership team that delivered substantial growth in revenue and profitability. Successfully led the transition in leadership to enable planned retirement.

Recognized as the brand leader and one of the most progressive window companies in the world, Andersen Corporation acquired family owned Silver Line Building Products in 2006. With 7,000 employees, Silver Line was the largest producer of vinyl windows in North America sold under the Silver Line and American Craftsman brands.Recruited to lead and redesign the business to substantially grow market share during the worst housing market since the depression. Chief Executive Officer with full accountability for P&L, successfully led all aspects of the business unit.

Led the restructure and turnaround of the $300M Kimball Office business unit, a manufacturer of premium office furniture desks, seating and workstations, for this $1.1B corporation.

Led the acquisition of family owned entry door company, Pease Industries, and created new $70M business unit with a Pella premium branded entry system to expand its product portfolio of windows and patio doors.

Led sales and marketing for the second largest maker of premium windows and patio doors. Tripled revenues to more than $1B. Developed and executed Pella's branding, product line, and channel strategies. Grew the business through a national network of exclusive Pella dealers, lumber yards, and big box retailers (including Home Depot, Lowe's & Menard's).
