I worked with the Creative Service marketing manager, line of business managers, the digital and social media team, human resources, corporate communications, legal and compliance, copywriters and outside vendors and printers to maintain quality and consistent Brand identity. • Designed internal and external graphics for print, web, mobile, ATM’s, email and sponsorship, reducing the costs by not having work completed by Agency of Record and to produce end results in a shorter timeframe. • Annually averaged 330 completed projects• Created 13 online templates for all Community ad requests in 28 different ad sizes and 8 online templates for Mortgage ads in 8 different ad sizes for MOD (Marketing on Demand).

Led the strategic creative design development from concept to completion and maintenance of corporate North American website, and the US and Canadian Online store. Collaborated with a software development company in Austria to create and maintain the online store website which reduced production time and costs. • Site was estimated to generate $1MM in sales annually, but surpassed that projection by the third month. • Brand management, creative design and art direction of corporate marketing and print collateral, catalog design, package design, brochures, photo manipulation, illustration, trade show graphics and POP displays in coordination with the Creative Services department. • Consult with management in Amherst and Liechtenstein, product managers, freelance designers, photographers, service bureaus, printers and outside vendors to maintain brand consistency and budget.
