I am Dr. Randy Bell and have spent over 23 years in the United States Navy leading a multi-generational and diverse workforce in complex arduous conditions. I have a people-centered approach to leadership and possess the ability to help others realize and reach their full potential through coaching and networking. Since retiring from the military, I have entered into the civilian Non-Profit sector and continue to apply my knowledge, skills, and abilities in the leadership, development, and coaching disciplines by assisting transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses to find meaningful work in the great state of Maine.I also enjoy remaining active in academia through my work as an Adjunct Professor at various institutions in the disciplines of Leadership & Ethics, Resilience, Conflict Resolution, and Team Building & Coaching at the Doctorate, Master's, and Associates Degree levels.
