His unparalleled method of combining technology, such as AI and automation, with a people-first approach has allowed the company to reach new heights since its rebranding in late 2019. Randy’s belief in the “golden rule,” treating both clients and consultants the way he would like to be treated, in all business transactions is what separates both him and Revel IT from the pack.From managing national sales teams to building companies from the ground-up, Randy draws upon his broad experience in the tech field to now run Revel IT. He has worked with a wide variety of clients, both in size and field, to provide them with the best tech talent suited both to their own interests and to the individual consultants’ needs. These clients include BMW, The Ohio State University, Victoria’s Secret, Cardinal Health, Wendy’s, and many more big brand names and fast-growing start-ups.Randy’s education includes a B.A. in Economics and Business from Drury University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
