I am learning from alumni about the world of business and entrepreneurship. Some skills that I am learning are, how to think critically and be a skilled problem solver. I worked on a team of 5 that created a business idea then did market research and financial research to create a pitch deck before pitching the company to alumni in a pitch competition.

I am learning about various areas of HR while interning here at Old National. My main role is assisting in running the internship program which has 38 interns across 7 hubs.
