A web-based data server was used to give real-time data feedback to the parent company in Pensacola Florida.Foley Beach Express - Partnered with the in-house IT team to re-build the systems at Foley Beach Express after Hurricane Ivan. Also helped to implement new RFID readers, a new camera system as well as training their developers on programming Microsoft Office SharePoint Server. Flora-Bama - worked with the owners of this landmark destination to re-design and implement modern technology solutions. Ensured the necessary technology was designed to include PCI compliance, Point of Sale systems and security. This included managing implementation of systems to include managing vendors to ensure that systems were implemented and integrated properly.

Architected and implemented cloud hosted solutions for multiple systems including a full migration to MS 365 and Azure AD.Architected and created a custom intranet for the bank hosted on the Azure platform. This dotnet core application features a document library maintained by the various department heads, a browser display of bank wide calendar events housed in Exchange Online, and a robust ticketing system to ensure services are performed in a timely manner. Designed automation using MS Power Platform to provide complete workflows for enterprise-wide processes. Trained team leaders to create and maintain automation as well as supporting those users as they created solutions.Managed implementation and third-party security vendors to harden the MS-365 and Azure domain to effectively mitigate threat vector vulnerabilities. Architected, Developed and Managed an on-site new home sales application that increased closing ratios by focusing on the process of converting leads to customers. This led to a substantial increase in the in the number conversions from a cold lead to a customer. This solution was used by builders, developers and real estate franchises across the Southeast. In addition to a clean process for agents in the field. The cloud application allows managers and property owners access to vital sales and inventory information in real-time. An additional feature of this project was to create an analysis package that broke down MLS data to determine future sales based on product types and sales trends. This ultimately allowed for property developers to make product and location decisions that were quickly profitable. As the on-going product manager, I not only supported the users, but also was able to continuously refine the process to provide more efficient use of the system and better reporting to the property owners and developers.

Web based application development for K-12 education institutions to manage internal maintenance processes. Modules include IT Work Requests, Help Desk, Facility Maintenance, Web based surveys, Fixed Asset management and Supply ordering and tracking.K-12 Maintenance Management Web Based Software - While there are a lot of solutions for K-12 schools to manage student data, this solution stands alone to manage the day-to-day maintenance for schools. This solution continued to offer support to K-12 schools for two decades. Additional modules included a summer registration program and a fixed asset tracking software to meet State Board of Education requirements. Conducted training at various school districts on the use of the system and on other technology topics as required.
