Responsible for strategic planning and direction of the SAINT product portfolio. I manage the software development team, develop product life-cycle processes, interface with marketing and sales team, and collaborate with corporate leadership on the development of corporate goals, product roadmap and marketing and sales strategies. As a strong believer in a solid product management framework, I became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), through the Scrum Alliance. I used the concepts and methodologies in this framework to formalize management of the product backlog and product release activities. As an advocate of the benefits of common practices, frameworks and standards, I expanded the product portfolio to include compliance with NIST’s SCAP standards related to vulnerability, patch, inventory and configuration auditing – achieving NIST validation for both v.1.0 and v.1.2 of the standard. SAINT has been an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) by the Payment Card Industry for a number of years. Focused various roadmap initiatives on the expansion of SAINT’s product offerings in both vulnerability management and governance/compliance market segments such as PCI, FISMA, HIPAA, SOX and NERC CIP. I have also worked as part of the ASV Task Force created to identify alternative approaches to current issues and challenges affecting the Payment Card Industry (PCI) ASV program related to external scanning. In business development, I worked jointly with senior sales executives to develop a new OEM contract model. This new model and active business development initiatives resulted in increased sales volume in its first year. IT professional with wide range of project experience across all aspects of the software development lifecyle. Last position was as Company Project Manager and project Technical Manager as a teaming partner in support of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' $2.5M/year Quality Assurance program -- provided full lifecycle support in the development and sustainment of Quality Assurance and performance oversight of all IT service providers throughout the continental U.S. and 5 countries. My duties on this project also required me to act as the on-site Project Manager for my company's teaming arrangement with another commercial company; as well as acting as Deputy Project Manager to the prime to assist in project planning, resource planning and customer interfaces. My technical and management background over this period enabled me to effectively manage project activities, maintain focus and direction on projects goals, and act as an effective conduit between functional and technical aspects on projects to bring project goals to fruition.

As an Air Operations Support Analyst for The Joint Staff, I developed and coordinated airlift operations itineraries with affected services and non-DoD organizations for various joint service operations and program activities. During this period, I also developed a database management system designed to track inbound inquiries and link repository references to staff packages, policy decisions and inter-service artifacts related to these program activities. In my first assignment, I was a member of the Joint Studies Group, under the HQ Tactical Air Command at Langley Air Force Base. During my tenure, this group was chartered with developing the future of Air-Land forces battle concepts, in collaboration with our Army counterpart.My follow-on assignment was with the Air Force Special Operations Division, HQ USAF. This assignment lead to my follow-on position on the Joint Staff, after separation from active duty. My last active duty assignment was on the Executive Staff for the Deputy Chief of Staff, Headquarters of the Plans and Operations Directorate. DoD Security Clearance: TS/SCI
