Leading the software engineering team in the building of a new product platform. Responsible for all aspects of Software Engineering, including personnel, budgets, and feature delivery.

As Director of Development I am responsible for leading three cross-functional teams in the continued development and operations of the Panorama platform supporting the Passport and Protect Cloud products. This includes managing the team members and helping them in their professional development, overseeing team's development processes, assisting in defining the product vision and requirements, and overseeing the architecture and design of the platform. Also assist the Sales, Pre-Sales Engineering, and Solutions Architecture teams in selling and delivering the product.

As Cloud Architect I worked with the Product Management team, company executives, and customers to form the product vision. I assisted in creating product requirements and was responsible for creating the architecture that would bring the vision to reality. This included creating proof-of-concept implementations, defining the microservice boundaries and their contacts, and defining the public facing APIs of the product. I also assisted the development team with the implementation -- from helping design individual microservices to implementing some features directly.The primary product I worked on was Pindrop's Authentication product, Passport.

Architected iMeet Chat backend and communication protocols. Assisted with the development, facilitated team demos, and worked with User Experience designers and Product Management to define and refine user experience and product features as well as integrations to the larger iMeet ecosystem.

As Chief Architect and co-Founder I designed and lead development of a unified communications application. I also recruited and hired the development team and worked as one of the product owners to define the needed functionality.

Lead the software team in building our SaaS product. Also responsible for setting the high level architecture and technology direction of the product.
