Under the direction of the IT Manager, lead and participate in providing technical support in the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of computer equipment, peripherals, software and networks at school sites, District facilities and computer laboratories; demonstrate and assist users in the operation of computers, peripherals, software and related equipment; troubleshoot user problems utilizing helpdesk practices and procedures and various communication methods.Currently overseeing the following additional duties:Google Admin, Cisco Umbrella, 2FA, Mosyle, Printer Management, Systems Administration, SCCM.

Computer Technician in charge of various school buildings (K- 7th) within the Conway Public School District. As a Computer Technician, we help repair, diagnosis, consult and educate our fellow coworkers on the technology we use and help them be better able to use it for the education of the students. The technology can include Windows, Apple, Chrome, Chromebooks, Network Troubleshooting, A/V repair and installation and various other issues that may emerge. Apple Engineer in charge of the diagnosis, repair, maintenance, enrollment and deployment of Apple products within the district, in addition to procuring quotes and warranty claims as needed.
