Randy Watson is the CEO and Founder of Ally Global Foundation. In his role, Randy provides direction and vision for the charity, leads and develops the team in Canada and works closely with local partners in Asia to oversee operations.Before founding Ally in 2019, Randy worked and volunteered for 14 years for a diverse range of organizations, including small business startups, medium-sized businesses, nonprofits and faith-based organizations. In his previous roles, Randy was responsible for business development/fundraising, leading vision and strategy, managing large-scale projects and seeing those projects through to completion.Over the course of his career, Randy has worked in multiple developing contexts, both in the Western World and in the Global South–which has shaped how he thinks and leads. Randy’s varied background has given him the unique ability to connect across diverse professional and cross-cultural contexts.
