• Assess progress in assigned projects/programs in relation to Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to include cost estimates, schedules, and performance supportability baseline requirements by applying known methods and procedures• Plan, organize, and coordinate FMS activities of functional specialists within AFSAC and at Logistics and Product Centers within Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in the development of Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) and acquisition of materiel and services. Activities include contracting, engineering, manufacturing, program control, configuration/data management, test, and logistics• Serve as the program manager for development of assessment criteria for assigned country• Represent AFSAC in meetings with a variety of organizations including Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), Secretary of the Air Force for International Affairs (SAF/IA), HQ AFMC, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), other AFMC organizations, defense contractors and foreign air force organizations• Prepare and present staff studies for presentation to the Branch Chief and other management officials

• Manage the branch and supervision of non-exempt branch staff including interviewing, selecting, training, setting and adjusting pay rates and work hours, directing daily work, monitoring or implementing compliance measures, administering discipline, evaluating performance and recommending hiring and termination decisions• Ensure branch meets customer service goals and achieves business results by developing, motivating, and rewarding employees; communicate performance goals and results; recognize performance; provide coaching and training• Coordinate operational activities within the branch to ensure satisfactory passing of Retail Quality Assurance (RQA) assessments and operational audits• Ensure branch complies with or satisfies legal and regulatory requirements established

• Accountable for sales and service activities for in-store branch locations• Proactively seek new customers through in-store marketing and in-aisle prospecting• Open accounts, handle teller transactions, sell/cross-sell bank products and services, and resolve complex customer service issues• Participate with maintaining operational integrity at the branch• Refer customers to other areas of U.S. Bank as appropriate• Develop new business and expand customer relationships• Convert service opportunities into sales events
