CurrentPrimary contact with VPs, directors, and producers on games in production providing creative consultation and approvals. Responsibilities include evaluating and shepherding games from greenlight to production and live-service release. In contact with Television, Film, and Global Franchise teams to deliver content for key calendar beats. Interface with studio and publishing directors to achieve quality & creative goals, while resolving IP requirements for stakeholders.Creative duties include narrative story development, character art and game design, reviewing and rewriting dialog, and general creative consulting for IP representation for characters and setting. Providing solutions to organically integrate game mechanics, design, and general meta-game for each respective title. Facilitating partnerships with third-party developers and publishers for cross/mash-up opportunities for key franchise beats. Working with department directors and producers globally, specifically the Asian mobile game market, to ensure IP integrity and quality for both internally developed and external partnered titles.Managing producers and training department team to review titles in production, research, asset gathering, and project ownership. Leading educational seminars to teach department employees to improve communication, management, and work culture. And providing general career development for direct reports with to goal for them to function confidently and independently. Providing project updates to VPs and the Chief Creative Officer. Creating decks tracking the gaming landscape, release windows, and audience competition.
