Provide reporting and analytics support for the Business Sales organization at the new T-Mobile. Provide and maintain end user reporting for all aspects of Business Sales Operations, specifically for the Indirect dealer channel. Provide analytic support on an ad hoc basis for a variety of needs, questions, business cases, etc.

Manage operational and governance reporting for the DSP/VAR Indirect Sales channel. The VAR channel sells mobility solutions for Sprint to small, medium and large businesses. Our group manages the overall relationship with the DSP (Distributor Sales Providers) who oversee the relationship with the VAR's (Value Added Resellers).

We provide business case/decision support analytics in support of a variety of projects across the company including new fiber buildouts, existing network augmentation, cloud services and other internal coporate infrastructure projects.

Managed a team of analyst who drove a 45% ($160M annualized) reduction in Customer Care Billing Adjustments from 1Q11 to 3Q14. Reductions were driven by focused reporting and analytics targeting Courtesy adjustments to customer's bills.

We have a wealth of customer interaction data we can pull from to help determine how customers might react to some proposed event, promotion, etc. We frequently use this data to develop and support business case assumptions for the Customer Care (and other) organizations. We are also called upon to help determine what has happened when unusual customer behaviour patterns occur.

Designed and built predictive models to forecast staffing needs for various operational units at Sprint including Sprint Wireless Customer Care, Nextel Wireless Customer Care, Sprint Telesales, and Sprint Wireline Long Distance. Generally delivered long term staffing forecasts that were +/- 5% of actual requirements.
