Throughout his career, Randy has served as a board member or an advisor to a number of private companies including roles as Chairman of Fuzion Sports in Cleveland, OH; Strategic Advisor to Hileman Enterprises in Cleveland, OH; Strategic Advisor to Urgent Care Travel in Miami, FL; Executive Chairman of Phylogy, Inc. in Santa Clara, CA; Chairman of Geotrac Holdings in Norwalk, OH; director of LVH Holdings in New York, NY; and director of Wireless Environment, in Cleveland, OH.A past Pillar Award recipient for Community Service for his work with inner-city education, Randy is active in the community and has served as President of the Association for Corporate Growth; Chairman at City Year Cleveland; a Trustee of LifeAct; a member of the Funders Committee for the Fund For Our Economic Future; and a director and officer of Cleveland Social Venture Partners. Randy serves on the board of the Cleveland Gold chapter of YPO, where he served as Chair, and is a member of the Private Directors Association and the 50 Club of Cleveland. Randy received his BA in economics from the University of Vermont and his MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
