Of the 65 students, nine of them were Dorm Resident Assistants (Dorm RAs) who reported directly to me. Responsibilities included:1. Out of the 125, 17 of them were part of the leadership team that reported directly to me.Responsibilities in the camping off-season included:1. Being part of a team of Camp Directors and other Coordinators that selected the 17 members of my leadership team who reported directly to me as the SCC Coordinator.2. Building the handbook that my leadership staff and I used each summer which included job descriptions, work schedules, and ministry tools.3. Updating the databases that contained counselor and camper housing from week to week, personnel information, and emergency reports.4. Writing a Bible Study plan that I would go through with my leadership team throughout the summer.5. Meeting with my leadership team as they were selected to communicate my vision and philosophy for our ministry and to begin to go over their job descriptions.Responsibilities during training weeks and the camping season included:1. Training my leadership team according to each of their job descriptions as a group and individually as necessary.2. Distributing information to and collecting information from my leadership team and their direct reports that was essential in order for camp to be able to function.3. Connecting with parents and youth leaders of campers as necessary concerning issues they may have had.4. Teaching/preaching to staff and campers on a weekly basis.5. Leading staff prayer meetings.6. Running camper registration at the start of each week.I also made a manual for future SCC Coordinators to use.

Working with my staff as much as possible at the various activity areas.I also made a manual for future Outdoor Activities Coordinators to use that included:1. Examples of how to organize each activity's work crews. 2. Scheduling each work crew and keeping track of the amount of hours they worked. 3. An inventory of all the equipment and materials that are needed for the activities.4. What meetings to have with your staff on any given weekend and what information needs to be covered at those meetings.5. An evaluation of current camp activities from my staff and their suggestions for how to improve them in future years.6. A breakdown of what needs to be worked on before the Snow Camp ministry starts, during the weekdays between the weekends of Snow Camp throughout the Snow Camp season, and after the Snow Camp ministry is completed.
