Also, I have recently been an expert witness in litigation involving ERISA and other HR matters in state and federal court.Career Highlights:- Led corporate HR strategic planning for Fortune 27 company in 65 countries, oversaw global talent management for 250,000 employees, and chaired governance of retirement program with over $2B in assets.- Led the global employee benefits function and chaired the ERISA fiduciary committees at three Fortune 100 companies (CSX Corporation, Archer Daniels Midland Company and Lowe's Companies, Inc.). Additionally, while at ADM I was a pension trustee in the UK, Ireland and Jamaica.- Managed people issues and helped architect integration plan for biggest acquisition in Lowe’s history, the $2.4B purchase of RONA, with combined values vaulting Lowe’s to largest home improvement company in Canada.- Since 2018 I have been an adjunct professor teaching the Labor Relations course in the Masters of Human Resources program at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business in Columbia, South Carolina.- Co-created pioneering Joint & Spine program that covered surgical expenses at flagship medical institutions.
