He & 300 Afghan-American employees spend weeks living “in character” in mock Afghan villages in the Southwest to support pre-deployment training for US military. An international public speaker, Randy presents and coaches on management, strategic planning, sales & government contracting. Through Entrepreneurs Organization and Vistage, he has served as Moderator and presenter for member-based CEO forums. Morgan speaks Russian, French, Spanish, some Hebrew, and is learning Dari & Pashto from his role players.
