With over 10 years experience as a sushi chef, I finally followed my passion and opened up Sushi Confidential in downtown Campbell in April 2012. With many challenges that new restaurants experience, I was able to work through those challenges to make Sushi Confidential an energetic, high volume sushi restaurant in the heart of the Silicon Valley.Our motto; Changing the face of sushi, through innovation, education, and artistry. We are innovative in ways many sushi restaurants lack. From the innovative style of our sushi rolls, to our late night dining (open daily until midnight), to corpoarate catering and sushi making - team building events, Sushi Confidential sets itself apart from the competitors. The artistic design of the restaurant and the plating techniques used to present our sushi, show the attention to detail we promote daily.Having a career background in cancer research, I have a passion to continue to give back to those in need. With the success of Sushi Confidential, I have had the ability to touch those around me with fundraisers and donations to help support their causes. Whether is close friends or customers directly affected by cancer, to schools and churches helping to raise money for those less fortunate, I was excited to be able to give even after I retired from my research career.I have been able to help grow Sushi Confidential tremendously since its inception by focusing on the customer, the quality of the fish we serve, and by hiring dedicated staff that can join in my passion for success.
