Direct, manage, lead and motivate the Government Sales Division at ANCRA International with responsibility of an $8 million dollar forecast and budget. Responsible for Business Development and sales both nationally and internationally into all branches of the military, contractors, manufacturers and all government agencies for manufactured products related to cargo restraint, latching mechanisms, strapping and aviation loading systems. Design and develop new products for the market by collaborating efforts with the customer’s needs, examine and determine print specifications, engineering efforts, prototyping and production management.
