Randy, a third generation Coloradan, spent 8 years directly after graduating from The College of William & Mary ('82) in Denver's commercial real estate market. Since receiving his MBA from the University of Colorado in 1992, he has been actively engaged in accounting and finance - three (3) years with Price Waterhouse, and eleven (11) years in construction accounting with Shaw Construction, a $250 million commercial general contractor serving the Western Slope/Mountains/Denver and Wyoming regions. In addition, he spent three (3+) years with BluSky Restoration a $38 million nationwide restoration and reconstruction company, two (2) years with BT Construction, a well respected $33 million front range Colorado Utility Contractor, and three (3) years with Ion Woman Construction, a $35 million Utility Contractor, Civil, Environmental and Trucking company. Randy's knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) from his years with Price Waterhouse, and his expertise in specialty construction accounting from his many years in the private sector, have led him to Zimkor, a $25 million metal fabrication company, where he is working to provide a fresh new perspective on the companies well developed financial systems & controls, as well as, its financial analysis, and budgeting process.
