Wisconsin Engraving Company / UNITEX has been in business since 1925 servicing the Steel and Aluminum Molding, and Tool & Die industries for Texturing, Engraving and Polishing. Wisconsin Engraving Co. also offers these specific services: Texture Repair, On-site Texture Repair, 2D & 3D Textures (natural textures; wood, stone...), Laser Digitizing, Steel Cliches, Hot Stamps, Steel Stamps, Steel Embossing Dies, and Graphite Machining. We have (8) Sinker EDM's, (8) CNC centers and a tooling department to help with overflow needs. We also specialize in large multi-tool programs (for thermoform tooling) which require texturing & engraving.I personally have over 25 years in the texturing and mold making industry, and have traveled all over this country to try and help our customers and have learned a lot from them as well. I am now in the injection, thermoform, and blow mold industries as a salesman for Wisconsin Engraving. Though I work for Wisconsin Engraving as a regional salesman, I presently teach a Texture Certification Course at the ToolingDocs/ MoldTrax facility in Ashland, OH under my Surface Finish Consultants business I have in Michigan to help educate those who do not know much about texturing. Through my years I have seen many people have an interest in learning more about the Texturing Industry with nowhere to go to learn about this, so I came up with a 2 day Texture and Texture Repair course to help them understand in a hands-on way what they need to know to successfully run a program where texturing is not going to be the problem. This is an educational course and is in no way a class to help people start a business or become texture repairmen.
