As Plant Manager I orchestrated the merger of the Corrugated Container Plant and Folding Carton Plant into one manufacturing operation. We turned a plant that had been losing money into the top performing plant in Gaylord making $4 million in net profit one year. We won the Corporate Top Performing Plant award for Gaylord for 4 straight years during my tenure out of 26 plants. I was also the DuPont STOP Safety Training Administrator to implement Behavioral Based Safety in the plant.
