Randy 'Positive'​ Alexander started in the insurance business in 1977. He specialized in property and casualty for the first 8 years of his career. In 1984 he and his family moved to South Texas where he developed a practice providing financial services to seniors. Due to the extreme need for seniors to have access to quality financial services, Randy expanded his practice to serve more seniors by developing a seminar system to educate seniors on the pitfalls of improper or worse yet, no planning. Due to the success of Randy's system, he widened the scope of his practice in 1998 by creating a system to joint venture with other agents and offered them a proven track to run on. He assisted these agents in designing and presenting seminars to the rapidly expanding senior market brought about by the aging of the 'baby boomers'​. Through these seminars they provided seniors with quality Medicare supplements, annuities and basic estate planning concepts in conjunction with access to attorneys to aid clients in preparing their estate plans.Since 2010, Randy has worked with various FMO's offering a variety of products and services and is recognized as a MASTER RECRUITER who is adept at building successful distribution systems by contracting quality financial service representatives. In July 2013, Randy was introduced to and recruited by Freedom Equity Group's Chairman, Ron Bloomingkemper to Crusade across America spreading the word about no cost living benefits and tax free income optionsOn investment grade life insurance. Randy has dedicated his efforts towards expanding the Freedom Equity Group system across the US. He is currently involved in managing recruiting efforts in Over 40 states.
