Focused on rapid results, I am responsible for leveraging existing resources to improve revenue and cash flow results, supporting the determination of exit strategies for owners and investors.

Delivering strategic leadership to a 1.3K-unit, $40M portfolio of independent living communities spanning the Northwestern U.S. region, I oversaw operations to include sales, P&L management, resident relations, and compliance. I also tracked, analyzed, and reported on standard key performance indicators.Highlights of my contributions include:• Leading the company's largest and most profitable region based on my demonstrated expertise and commitment to delivering results.• Spurring the regional occupancy rate to 92%+, surpassing pre-Covid levels through building effective referral pipelines and utilization of other marketing channels.• Achieving a 9.5% improvement in regional NOI through improved budget management and cost containment initiatives.• Guiding seamless business change and cultural alignment throughout an acquisition and integration of five new communities in 2021.

Directing day-to-day operations of this $23M full-service retirement community encompassing independent/assisted living, memory care, home health/care, and skilled nursing/rehabilitation services, I established and communicated policies, procedures, and standards, and ensured compliance among cross-functional teams.Highlights of my contributions include:• Elevating the campus-wide occupancy rate to 95%+ and maintaining 100% occupancy in an on-campus nursing home in 2020.• Mitigating the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic through strict compliance with staff and resident safety policies, facing only one active case over my tenure.

Holding senior-level accountability for regional operations of this 2K-unit portfolio of independent/assisted living communities drawing annual revenues of $67M, I headed hiring, training, development, and performance management functions while also promoting positive resident relations and ensuring swift, effective issue resolution.Highlights of my contributions include:• Being named RDO of the Year for 2018 based on my commitment to driving KPI achievement and resident satisfaction.• Promoting a culture of accountability and engagement to drive operational excellence at all turns, improving NOI by upward of 7.4% and regional occupancy rate to upward of 94%.• Leveraging resident feedback to guide decision-making processes and improvement opportunities.• Heading an initiative to establish an open-door policy, improving communication between the corporate office and community teams.

Heading ancillary services, I provided leadership in the development and implementation of revenue initiatives and affinity partnerships to maximize revenue opportunities.
