I've been working in Web Design and Development since 1997 and have designed and built many websites both for major companies as well as personal sites. I am familiar with all aspects of Web development from server administration, back-end programming, user interface design, and creating all the graphics. I have custom-built sites from scratch as well as customizing content management systems.     As a UX/UI Designer and Developer, I worked with the UX researchers and designers to make changes to our current but outdated websites to bring them up to modern web standards, better usability, and with responsive design to meet the new mobile standards. During this time we also did a major company rebranding so all the colors, logos, fonts, and styles were changed. I was able to accomplish all of this by updating the CSS and HTML without needing to do drastic changes to the backend code.I also work with current web application projects as both a UX and UI designer and developer to bring out of the box software up to our branding standards and to also increase the User Experience and Usabilty to meet our customers needs and wants.

Developed an asp.net and XML based solution to find and retrieve documents from our OnBase document storage system. Modified an outdated vb.net content management system to continue to work for our needs, as replacing was not an option at the time.
