Have the privilege to lead an organization of 70+ driven and experienced bankers & underwriters that partner with our internal and external clients to deliver capital and ideas to support growth within our communities.Our West Credit Campus oversees the underwriting, decisioning, and monitoring of all commercial loans in Washington, Indiana, Michigan, Oregon, Alaska, Utah, Idaho, and Colorado. I also continue to serve on the Pacific Region's Executive Leadership Team and help drive engagement, philanthropy, and market share with our 1200+ amazing WA employees.

Responsible for the State of Washington's Business Banking P&L & balance sheet, staffing, client experience (1000+ clients), culture, and credit quality. Before taking a promotion - Our team (22 employees) had the #1 ranking in credit quality and #1 ranking in revenue in the company. We also had one of the highest engagement scores of any LOB in the bank by concentrating on clients, recruiting, training, advocacy, and career progression.
