About Randy Rosianto

A guy who is interested and has a strong curiousity in business development, planning, making strategies, problem solving, etc. I have experience in assisting to manage a plastic waste processing company by end to end process in PT Agra Tata Aksara. During I worked in PT Agra, I could increase the revenue of the company by 10% by using the unuseful part of the plastic waste such as on the top and the bottom of the plastic waste. I also reduced the of of the company by 5% cutting sorting process which can consume so much cost and time unefficiency. Beside that, I also increase my skills in business world such as buying & learning many e-courses like Consulting, Business Management Strategy, Problem Solving, Change Management, Business Analysis, Communication, etc (still learning ESG, Lean Manufacturing, and M&A) because I do like world of business. I have a passionate to become business analyst or associate product manager because they learn about business end to end (generalist) and doing something new (not repetitive work) like creating product, find a new solution, and still learning something else about business.
