-Training program for Colorado’s elite junior tennis players administered by the Colorado Tennis Association -Currently the Site Director of the Developmental Squad -Conducted training trips to tennis academies around the US to expose players to other elite players-Lead motivational trips to professional tennis tournaments and Davis Cup -Created pilot program for 12 and under players which became a staple program for Team Colorado -Director of entire Team Colorado program for 12 years

-Maintained a no-cut policy which enabled for all students to have a team experience -Created a 4 level squad system with a dedicated coach for each team -Developed a new standard of success and recognition for both teams and individuals -4A Varsity State Champions 1999, 2003, 2004, 2008, 2009, 2013

-Oversee tennis facility including 8 indoor and 12 outdoor hard courts with over 2,500 family memberships -Created largest adult league program in Colorado with increased participation year-after-year -Manage departmental financials, including: budgets, payroll, permanent court-time contracts, expenses -Developed variety of mixers and social events that incorporate tennis to encourage camaraderie amongst members, including all ages and skill abilities -Created a Junior Development program with 9 different levels and a 12 week lesson plan for each level -Manage, train and develop a tennis staff of over 20 employees, including quarterly formal training sessions -Increased tennis department revenue by over 30%

-Co-founded annual tennis tournament along with my son Cory Ross -Largest prize money tournament in Colorado history - $25,000 purse -Draws players from across the US and internationally

-One day fundraising event to benefit the Brent Eley -Foundation and Brent’s Place Included Tennis -Tournament, Run/Walk, and Motorcycle Rally -Managed the Tennis Tournament portion of event -Grew the net income from $4,000 in 1989 to over $300,000 in 2007

-Owned and managed 6 Locations included: Ranch House at Ken-Caryl, Valley Racquet Club, Meadow Creek Racquet Club, The Ranch Country Club, and part-owner of Boulder Country Club and Pinehurst Country Club -Retail sales of hard and soft goods and racquet stringing -Maintained all company financials

-Developed facility from 5 outdoor to 20 outdoor and 4 indoor hard courts -Managed 3 outdoor pools, snack bar, aerobics, and recreation activities in addition to tennis program -Created league program, social events and youth development programs -Maintained all courts and property to ensure highest level of quality -Managed and directed Albertson’s Men’s Open Tennis Tournament - $5,000 purse
