- Servicing on-site Chlorine Dioxide processes which entails chemical plant commissioning, mechanical, and instrumentation check out, operator training, trouble shooting, equipment installation, maintenance inspection, system optimization, system upgrades, process hazard analysis, technical reports, technical presentations, and sales presentations. - Commissioned over 15 plants, five of which I was startup leader. The leader co-ordinates company personnel, mill personnel, and contractors- Extensive travel in the Western Region of Canada and U.S.A, worked across Canada, the Southern United States, France, Chile, India, and Japan

- daily chemical usage monitoring of plant processes. - developed and initiated Workplace Hazardous Materials Information Systems (WHMIS) program. - ensured compliance with the B.C. Special Waste Regulations and the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act- managed all plant wastes; recommended and implemented process modifications in Wire Galvanizing, Electro-galvanizing Hot galvanizing and Phosphating of nails.

- developed Aurun’s Perlite ore for “micro-sphere” industrial mineral filler; design and cost analysis for the full-scale micro-sphere mineral filler project. - developed and monitored the Perlite filter aid product line; assisted in retail marketing of the Perlite polishing filter aids. Provided technical assistance to companies using filtration equipment with regards to Perlite filter aid - development work for Perlite formed products used in pipe insulation. - optimized the Plant Perlite Process and increased productivity by 50%- supervised plant operations and staff including scheduling and maintenance.

Temporary work located in the Queen Charlotte Island, outside of Port Clements for a gold mine project.- performed fire assaying and wet analyses on low-grade gold ore. Wet analysis included AA work, Hg analysis (UV Monitor), As by SDDC As generators, CN free and total (Picric & Barbutyric acid methods), S & Fe analysis (gravimetric analysis).
