The CONNECT Program is an orientation and mentoring program which serves, supports and connects students of color and low income-first generation students. I was fortunate to bridge the space between two Coordinators during the intensive two-week summer orientation program and fall season coordinating services and programming, supervising 24 student staff, and advocating for the success of our students.
