TRIO Programs are designed to boost college attendance and success for low income and first generation students and college students with disabilities.*Responsible for convening and facilitating meetings for a 23-person Board of Directors, serving as liaison to the national Council for Opportunity in Education (COE), setting & monitoring annual budget, co-organizing annual professional conference with 240 participants and a two-day high school student conference with 675 registrants, coordinating outreach efforts to US Congress, and responsibilities for multiple advocacy and professional development efforts for N.E. regional organization. Increased annual conference attendance by 30% from previous year.*Coordinated regional fundraising efforts for three years leading NEOA to first place (out of ten regions) in 2014-15 with over $200k raised for our national organization in two/three years.*Leader of annual 'Policy Seminar' in Washington, DC for TRIO advocacy efforts in Congress and central figure in Capitol Hill visitation day. The CONNECT Program is an orientation and mentoring program which serves, supports and connects students of color and low income-first generation students. I was fortunate to bridge the space between two Coordinators during the intensive two-week summer orientation program and fall season coordinating services and programming, supervising 24 student staff, and advocating for the success of our students.

New Hampshire professional association and advocacy organization for staff, students, and alumni in the seven TRIO Programs at the University of NH, Keene State College, and Plymouth State University. Continued to serve as Past-President (9/2013 - 8/2015).
