Specifically, the project focused on improving operational efficiency and increase competitiveness in the marketplace by leveraging best practices and innovative solutions across multiple supply chain value streams.- Streamlined Production Planning: reduced lead times, improved resource allocation, minimized production bottlenecks, and reduced raw and WIP inventory levels. - Improved Demand Forecasting: enhanced demand forecasting and planning capabilities (using AI/ML).- Designed SIOP governance processes (functional, digital, and data) to improve organizational alignment and improve SC KPIs.SIOP / IBPProvided strategic leadership to develop and execute plans aimed at achieving growth objectives and enhancing overall operational performance across a health care data organization. Services executed included designing a SIOP & IBP approach to enhance customer delivery and revenue. Focus was on Demand and Supply Planning, Capacity & Inventory, and Order Fulfillment.
