Major goal of acquisition was achieved as the company was acquired by Acordia and integrated into a larger organization. Responsible for day to day activities of the Property and Casualty Division of this 275 person subsidiary of Acordia, Inc.Spearheaded service and support of four remote offices with an additional 25 employees who served the state of Indiana. ✔ Reorganization of operations to achieve profitability. Turned a failing company back to profitability and met goal of selling the firm to a larger organization.✔ Implemented core computing systems to achieve efficiencies including automatic workflows that reduced time and errors in insurance processing.✔ Closed poor performing branches and expanded those that were profitable.✔ Implemented a new management structure giving each department more autonomy in operations of their specific core business.✔ Held Indiana Property & Casualty Insurance license.
