Handles APAC’s mobile and fixed videos freight operations and align closely with sales team to ensure every quarter’s revenue target is met. Providing operations excellence practices in the areas of inventory and warehouse management to help customers achieve scalability and cost efficiency. Team up well with internal cross functional team to map out and simplify work process flow for existing and new customers. Successfully implement automation and process changes to help operations improve productivity and achieve cost efficiency.

Spanning over 10 years in Motorola has provided me with a different hands-on experience in the supply chain operation. In collaboration with Singapore Ministry Trade and Industry as an overseas professional programme, I was selected to Motorola Tianjin for 2 years that provides me the opportunity to work on China’s custom EDI project. Back in Singapore, I lead the kitting operations and manage 3PL warehouse to support material kitting to manufacturing sites in Latin America region. Achieving my Green Belt in Digital 6 Sigma with Motorola academy, I expanded my role in the areas of inventory control and project management for process improvement.

Being a pioneer employee to an exciting Logistics & Freight Software startup company in Singapore, I embarked on a journey in providing customize freight and warehouse management system to customer during the IT digitalization era in the year 2000. Posted to Hong Kong for almost 1 year for a major customer on site implementation (Kerry Logistics) has provided me invaluable experiences in process mapping and project management.- Interact with potential clients to understand their needs and to provide professional advice- Customise freight related software system to meet customer’s requirements- Carry out project implementation for customers- Selected by company and posted to Hong Kong for nine months to implement Supply Chain Software Solution for Line and Kerry Logistics.
