As a VDC Specialist, I lead an interdisciplinary team through the various dimension of the BIM World, starting with 3D models until documentation and 7D for maintenance.I generate schedules for 4D & 5D models and line of balance diagrams.Also, I carefully design BIM Implementation Plans for companies that would like to start in BIM.In BIM Construction all workers are constantly researching new tools and add-ins.

My responsibilities include realization and analysis of urban studies, structured projects from scratch (preliminary studies, professionals involved, schedules, blue prints, paper work, construction's permits and construction), paper work for major projects including environmental studies and follow up in the construction process.

VoBam is building a $1 billion APMT Container Terminal on Costa Rica's Caribbean Coast. I was hired as a Planning Engineer to monitor the weekly progress of the Master Schedule (Primavera P6), the Line of Balance Diagram (Chain Link), and the Virtual Construction Simulation (Synchro 4D & 5D). I also coordinate weekly and monthly drone flights to collect data for photographic "look ahead" reports and progress videos for the entire project.
