My journey began with hands-on roles that honed my skills in project management, turfgrass management, and irrigation system installation, ultimately leading to my current position, where I drive strategic growth and operational efficiency.Under my leadership, Grassroots Landscaping & Irrigation Ltd. has achieved significant year-over-year growth. I oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, including construction project management, contract negotiations, and financial oversight. My responsibilities extend to business development, staff hiring and retention, and the creation of comprehensive maintenance programs that ensure our projects meet the highest quality and sustainability standards.I am deeply committed to fostering an ecosystem that supports the professional and personal growth of my employees and myself.
