As a car wash assistant I get to pleasure of greeting and assisting guests and members as they arrive to our site, hands on washing and monitoring tunnel for safety, as well as assisting guests with the interior of their vehicle.

As a front desk agent I provide consistent customer care for guests. Quickly learning and adapting in this position is crucial in this position.

As a crew member at Chipolte I have had many positions. I have worked as a cashier, on the main line and digital making line, and on the grill/back of house. I have learned a lot from working here, mostly interacting with customers and helping them have a satisfactory visit to the restaurant. I've worked with many different people and have made connections throughout the company. I have worked in two different locations as of now (Mount Kisco, NY and Washington, PA).

In this position I was tasked to help guests with any needs while also being able to help fix any issue they might have in their room. Was in charge of maintaining hotel clean and in order during the later shifts.
